A Brilliant Use of Stock Photography

Published by at 2:00 pm under Video Games,Videos

I know my last few videos have only been tangentially related to “Unreality” style material, but even if this doesn’t have to do with a particular movie or game, it’s still pretty damn cool to see.

This is a short video made up entirely of stock photography images. It’s shown like a flipbook, and goes through practically every stage in life with a few bonus rounds thrown in for good measure. It’s one of the coolest video editing projects I’ve seen in quite some time, and I think you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

Did it cost like $50,000 to get the licenses for all these photos?

Anyone else notice the Power Rangers photo?

This is legitimately amazing. And we use Getty at work all the time, so I can verify this absolutely had to cost at least $50,000. Fortunately it looks like Getty’s marketing team made this themselves.
