Kneel Before Your Thunder God

I can’t remember ever featuring Pikachu cosplay that wasn’t either a super hot girl or a hilarious fat guy, but now a third contender emerges. This amazing costume was spotted at Anime North by Danny Choo, and it’s probably the greatest concept I’ve seen across dozens of similar conventions.
The best way I could describe this would be is if Tekken’s Yoshimitsu mated with Ash’s best friend, and the result was a lightning warrior like none the world had ever seen. Even if this is mostly cardboard and permanent marker, its still thoroughly amazing.

i was going to say it looks more along the lines of pikachu evolved in that weird way the digimon evolved with the eggs in season 2. that was the first thing that popped in my head when i saw it

This is absolutely amazing. I hope to be as cool as this guy during my lifespan. I dont suppose there is any way of getting a set of instuctions or a template to make this?
