what bugs me about that 7 sodas that have been [thankfully] forgotten, as they put it… the writer must be like, 50.
Blue Pepsi had to be one of the greatest things to ever grace my childhood, and since then, nothing has ever come close to it. And to this day has one of the strongest cult followings that I have ever seen when it comes to a product.
The firefly of the soda pop world, we were introduced to something amazing, only to have it taken from us before we could even get to know it.
(Cases of Pepsi Blue sell for upwards of 500 dollars online, and considering that pop would be… ten years old at least… that`s something.)
Also, I was always under the assumption that New Coke was merely a marketing plan to garner interest and sales for when Coca Cola Classic was brought back. A marketing plan executed perfectly I might add.
This list, is unfortunately, a list i will never be able to forget, but if i do, i will be thankful.
