Yes, original artist Leviathan titled this “The Girl with the N7 Tattoo,” but I like mine better. Besides, she doesn’t even have an N7 tattoo.
In any case, it’s a great parody of the original Fincher Dragon Tattoo poster where depending on which version you saw, Rooney Mara was either completely topless or covered up by angry text.
Fun fact, David Fincher loved Scarlett Johansson’s audition for Lisbeth Salander, but couldn’t cast her because, “you can’t wait for Scarlett to take her clothes off,” which is not the effect he was going for. Though I’m sure it didn’t stop him from doing like ten callbacks.

As much as I like Scarlett Johansson, she had completely the wrong body type, she’s also too pretty (although i’d like to see that audition).
She says how she was going to get an N7 tattoo ‘burned off her ass’ in ME3 if you romanced her in ME2, so N7 fits better really.
