I’m surprised it’s taken me this long to see a quality Dark Knight Rises trailer mashup, as when the original Dark Knight spot was released, we were flooded with parodies in a matter of hours.

But someone took their time to make this rather excellent cut that has the Lion King video with TDKR audio. It works better than you might imagine, and that most surprising part was that I was actually able to understand what Bane says when it was coming out of Scar’s mouth. Reading lips has a lot to do with how well you can hear sometimes, and Bane’s mask makes that rather difficult.
