She Said Yes!

She’s been something of a staple of this site for the last two years, between inspiring various articles and showing off her Halloween costumes, but now my girlfriend is going to eventually be Mrs. Unreality.

You may not have noticed due to the fact I had about 100 posts prewritten for the last two weeks, but I was out of town on vacation over the holidays, and I ended up proposing to my girlfriend on New Year’s. No, it wasn’t anything fabulously geeky (no Pokeball ring box and I did not say “I choose you!”), but it was still pretty cool and she did somehow say yes, and was nowhere near as bummed as she is in this picture.

So yeah, just a bit of a personal note as I like the site to actually be a reflection of who I am and what’s going on in my life, and this was a pretty big deal. Now, back to business as usual!
