Celebrities Do Star Wars Impressions for Cancer
Errr, to FIGHT cancer. You know what I mean.
I may hate a great many things about the Star Wars Blu-ray release (STOP CHANGING SHIT ALREADY), but I do appreciate this video that has various celebrities we know and like doing their best Star Wars impressions which somehow in turn is going to raise money to fight cancer.
The roster includes Aziz Ansari, Zach Galifianakis, Bill Hader, Ed Helms, Ken Jeong, Jaime King, Seth Rogen, Andy Samberg and Emma Stone – along with Star Wars alum Samuel L. Jackson, and it’s generally pretty fantastic. As if we needed another reason to be in love with Emma Stone. And Aziz Ansari.

Wow, Ken Jeong was just not funny in this. Like at all. Everyone else was great, especially Bill Hader!

Ken Jeong’s whole schtick is being really loud and high pitched. I liked him in that Derrick Rose commercial, but that’s about all I’ve found him funny in.
Out of the handful of instances I can hold as reference I don’t think I have ever seen Aziz Ansari be even remotely amusing, to me he comes off as a smug annoying little prick devoid of any real humour.
If anyone could provide samples to the contrary I would be happy to reconsider, but seriously I don’t understand the admiration.
