If Norman Rockwell Was Alive Today

Published by at 10:00 am under Images

Norman Rockwell may have died in 1978, but his spirit lives on through pop artist Bryan Lee. He’s taken Rockwell’s signature style and applied it to icons we all know and love, from superheroes to super Sayans.

I’ve compiled some of his best work below, which features a variety of beloved characters in various circumstances. Sure, it’s not on par with Rockwell’s actual quality, but it’s a damn good imitation, and it turned out to be a very cool gallery.

Check out Lee’s work below, and see more of it over at his website here.

In the 5th picture, the ufc vs pride painting, who is that fighter opposite of Fedor supposed to be? it vaguely looks like Chuck Liddell, but idk…

The title is incorrect. These illustrations imitate J.C. Leyendecker’s style, not Rockwell. Give credit where credit is due.

After researching both, it is closer to Rockwell’s style than Leyendecker’s.
