Zombies, and a Bunch of Other Things, Ate My Neighbors

Always good to see a classic brought to life by a talented artist. Zombies Ate My Neighbors may have been banned in my house due to all the uh…evil, but that doesn’t mean I never snuck away to play it.
Artist Bones crafted this rather masterful recreation of the game, which has the two main characters up top, fending off hordes of zombies, demons, werewolves, mummies, aliens, unbehaved children. But I suppose all that wouldn’t have fit on the box.
Fun fact: This was actually a LucasArts production through Konami. I think it’s safe to say that both companies have changed direction a bit since.

I will never forget this amazing game. This is one of the reasons my childhood was epic.
There is one thing completely wrong with this pic: The cook, military man and the cheerleader would have no clue that there were monsters all around them!
