So I saw this picture floating around (no pun intended) the internet the other day, and I decided to not only feature it, but to hunt down the original artist and see if he’s got any other cool things up his sleeve.

As it turns out he does, Victor Hugo is an excellent CGI artist as you can see, and though his stuff keeps improving, his early work is pretty damn good as well. I’ve pulled a few of his best pieces for your consideration below, including Street Fighter and Mega Man renderings that I think you’ll appreciate.

I hope he ends up doing a whole baby X-Men series after the success of this picture. And the new Pixar/Marvel/Disney hybrid can turn it into a full length feature. Would you not watch that?

I am just curious : do you know that Victor Hugo is a famous French writer ?

That makes your title weird, imagine reading “a gallery of the best pokemon drawings by Ernest Hemingway”…

This Victor Hugo is a Brazilian artist. They’re all impressive, but the Baby Magneto one is simply awesome.
