When I first saw this I was like, “Is that…is that a girl dressed up as GYRADOS?” And sure enough, that’s actually what it appears to be, making this possibly the most unexpected cute girl Pokemon costume in existence on the internet. Yes, even more than Mudkipz.

As for the other girl? It took me some Googling to recall that Magikarp has that little crown thing on his head so that makes this picture DOUBLE AMAZING. She kind of looks more like Princess Peach (or at least Princess Daisy), but I’m not sure how else you’d dress up as Magikarp.
