If you’re like me, you probably got into Dance Dance Revolution at least briefly about 5-7 years ago. I played it at the arcade, and liked it so much, I bought the home system because I was going broke pouring quarters into the thing.

The mats were often slippery and sliding all around the room, but after almost seriously injuring myself and my friends multiple times, we all got the hang of it, and had a summer of burning calories in my basement to the beats of “Ghosts,” “Take Me Away” and most memorably “HEY-O, CAPTAIN JACK!”

But that was years ago, and my DDR mats have been sitting idle for years. This fellow had a similar situation, but he used his surprisingly awesome crafting abilities to make this hand satchel out of one of his DDR mats, which actually looks freaking awesome, and I want one.

Oh also, fun fact. In college I wore nothing but a DDR mat to an “Anything but Clothes” party, accompanied by a girl wearing a grand total of about seven playing cards. Oh college…
