A Complete Half Hour of Whose Line’s Scenes from a Hat
If you’re my age or older, you’ll probably appreciate the genius that was Whose Line is it Anyways? The show was a precursor to all the reality garbage we see today, and minute for minute, was one of the funniest shows that’s ever aired on TV.
The entire show is improv, and one of the best sketches was called “Scenes from a Hat,” where the players act out scenes randomly drawn from a hat. They end up being some of the best one-liners you’ve ever heard, and I’m going to go ahead and classify this video NSFW, not because of any particular content (though it can get suggestive) but rather the fact that if you listen to this with headphones on, you’re going to burst out laughing and your coworkers will look at you funny, as clearly Excel sheets aren’t that hilarious.
For the rest of you, please enjoy. When you’re done here, head over to this post and check out more awesome Whose Lines skits, half of which have NOT been yanked down because of copyright infringement. Hooray!

One of the best comedy shows of all time. Bar none.
I rewatched some of Who’s Line recently, and honestly I find it hard to believe that it was all ad-lib. Especially when the game focused on a song. Everyone besides Drew managed to do a pretty good job of inventing lyrics on the spot. Wayne Brady always went first and he’d get maybe ten seconds between being given a topic and having to start a song. If it all was truly made up on the spot, that would be pretty amazing.
Apparently Drew has a new show on GSN: Improv-a-Ganza or something. Curious to see if any Whose Line regulars come back.
There was no reason for this show to go away. It was consistently great. They had an episode with Richard Simmons as a human prop that’s arguably one of the funniest goddamn things I’ve ever seen.
I can’t think of any other show that made me laugh as hard as Whose Line did.
And yeah, that Richard Simmons human prop skit kills me everytime.
Myself, I hated this show. Not sure where I read it but it was summarized by somebody as “Drew Carey pretending to laugh at four people pretending to improvise.”
Pure genious! only matched by Black Adder goes Forth! that was top that will never be reached.
BAAAHAHAHAHA, I died xD
Genius show, my favourite moment was when they were doing a song like the Village People and the keyboard messed up and started going really fast and they kept going trying to keep up to the breakneck pace of the beat before it all broke down. Absolutely hilarious.

Seriously I think every clip from that show has made it to YouTube.
One of the funniest shows out there, makes me laugh every time
