I know we don’t commentate on the “real world” very often here, hence the name of the site, but have you seen what the hell has been going on in Egypt?

Yesterday, I watched three million people rally in Cairo all yelling “leave! leave!” to their thirty year dictator. All day there were reports that after weeks of protest, he would step down, but when he got on the screen, he basically gave everyone the finger, and said he was staying. Today, everyone’s expecting Egyptians to try to storm the palace and lynch him in the streets as that appears to be what he wants. Then he’ll send in the military to kill everyone and be like “see? I had to!”

Annnnyways, on a bit of a lighter note, I thought this sign summed up everything perfectly, as South Park usually does. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did an Egypt episode when they came back from hiatus.
