I saw some E! special about young billionaires and he was on it, saying he made most of his money from buying and selling real estate, as “Hitsuke” stated. From the special it sounds like this kid has got one hell of an investment team helping him out.

And I consider his retirement a good thing, then we all won’t be subjected to sequels of “My Dog Skip” and “Big Fat Liar”.

The guy made his money, good for him for getting out.

He has the much partly due to his investments he placed in real estate and other venues during and after his acting career. That is where the bulk of his money comes from.

He made $2 million in the first Cody Banks and $5 million on the sequel. Also Malcolm in the Middle is in syndication in 57 countries which means money for life for Muniz. The guy’s a douche, but a successful (albeit lucky) one.

dont forget My Dog Skip!…who doesnt love that movie? I think he probably got all that money because Macolm in the Middle went into syndication.
