The fish one is actually not a pancake but, Japanese “taiyaki” which is filled with sweet red beans (anko). I love the overall blog and entries. Thank you.

Yeah, I wanted to correct the Van Gogh-statement as well. It was created by a Norwegian painter. I wouldn’t mind more classic paintings as pancakes, though. Mona Lisa would make a delicious snack.

Love that last one! And it isn’t van Gogh but Edvard Munch’s “The Scream”, which has been stolen twice, but that’s a different story (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Scream)
