A Video Compilation of Halo Parkour

Man, it’s been a while since I did a Halo 3 post huh? I used to do one a week or so, but as I moved on to Modern Warfare, that game slowly faded from my mind. Every so often I try to go back and pick it up again, but man, your skill level jumps off a cliff when you haven’t played in a while. Not to mention I keep click the stick to sprint and pressing X to reload, usually zapping away my shield with a depleter device in the process.
But I thought this video was pretty damn cool to watch, as it is essentially Halo freerunning, where explosions and lifts and grav hammers are used to propel the player into a whole host of unlikely locations. It’s a bit long, but it’s a fun watch. Check it out above.
Is it sad the only game I’m now looking forward to for the entire rest of the year is Reach? What else is even coming out?

The 360 fall/winter release schedule is skim so far.
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood hits in November. If you haven’t played AC2, you should. It featured a good story, original locale, great gameplay and the ability to stab two people in the face at once. What more could you want? AC:B will hopefully be more of the same.
The new Medal of Honor hits in October and the new CoD is in November. I’ll probably be too busy curb-stomping “Mastercheif21″ on XBL to care.
I know how you feel. I’m looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas and Rock Band 3. But that’s about it. I’m holding out hope that Dead Rising 2 and LA Noire will be good.
does anyone know the name of the music they use in the video?
if you liked that, you must looked for some “defrag quake3″ videos.
defrag was a mod where you had to cross very weird levels as fast as possible, parkour style. very impressive and definitely more impressive than halos
