We’ve corresponded with artist Dave Macdowell before and since we love his work so much we realized it was time to give Dave more credit.   The guy just has the kind of brain that some of us wish we all had.  I mean who thinks to put Jay and Silent Bob in a picture with two of the Stand By Me kids?

And seriously?  How awesome does that fit in?  I mean when you take a picture of Gregory Peck from To Kill a Mockingbird,  turn it gangster as if he’s in heaven with Tupac and Biggie, there’s gotta be some sort of screw loose in there right?

Just check out this journey into a great artists mind with 15 very trippy acrylic Hollywood paintings…

Pretty badass, the resevoir dogs pic makes me wonder if anyone has ever done a picture posed like the Creation of Adam from the Sistine Chapel, with Tim Roth and Harvey Keitel pointing their guns at each other.

Anyone ever see anything like that on DeviantArt or anywhere else?
