The One Bright Spot of the Oil Spill? Aquaman is Relevant for the First Time Ever!
There isn’t a whole lot of good news coming out of the BP oil spill disaster, with dead pelicans and destroyed livelihoods all up and down the gulf coast.
But there is one bit of good news. Aquaman finally has something to do! There aren’t a lot of underwater threats in the world, even in comic books, and it’s nice to see him actually getting to do something for a change.
The question remains though, how WOULD Aquaman fix the oil spill? I mean, he can swim fast and control sea life, but that’s it right? What’s he going to do? Have a fleet of whales suck up all the oil, then barf it into barrels on the shore? Stick a bunch of manitees in the broke pipe and hope it clogs it up?

Kill it with fire!
Well, he is super-strong. He could swim down there and figure out some way to plug the leak way easier than anyone in a submersible.
pic sauce? looks awesome (actually only the coloring and the fishes, lady is ok too, but the guy himself looks like on of the standard superhero jekts). still seems to be one of the better pieces of work.

Uh, doesn’t he have Superman and Green Lantern on speed-dial?
