A Gallery of the Best Pokemon Art I’ve Ever Seen

Many of you here know my undying love for Pokemon, so you’ll understand how pumped I was when I stumbled upon this set of illustrations from perhaps the greatest DeviantArtist ever, Leashe.
His main mission in his art is to render Pokemon realistically, as you can see above and in a ton more pictures below. It says what I’ve always felt about the series, that it could make an incredibly badass console game if it would break free of the stupid handheld format that Nintendo has insisted on shackling it to for years.

Absolutely amazing……A Pokemon game with realistic looking Pokemon like these would be awesome. Everything else is getting a gritty reboot now anyways, why not Pokemon?
