A Surprisingly Good YouTube Video Game Rap
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9qpD1gBAbA
So I don’t subscribe to any YouTube channels, because I’m not on top of what’s hip and happenin’ with the kids these days, but a reader named Eivind sent me this one from DeStorm who I hear is some sort of YouTube superstar as proven by his fancy profile page and hundreds of thousands of views.
He had a challenge, piece together a rap using almost exclusively video game titles. Yeah, it does sound kind of lame, and the dude annoyed me for the first thirty seconds of his video, but once the song started it was actually pretty legit, so I figured it was worth a post.
Check out “Get Your Game Up!” (what does that even mean?) above.

Wow. He mentioned BoFIV. Guy knows his classics.
Wow. He did this a long time ago.
He just asked his fans to name off their favorite video game and he’d try to work it in his song. Still neat.
That was good, but I like this one better

Search YouTube for “rapping movie titles”, his best song yet (PS: where’s my first comment?)
