Four Reasons Why I Like Kristen Stewart
Of all the female actresses out there that aren’t my type, Kristen Stewart is by far my favorite. In a normal world or any type of bar situation I could never see myself going after Stewart before a typical Kim Kardashian type. However, having seen Stewart in a number of movies and read a few articles about her, I will say I’m a fan.
I know lots of people will not be on my side here, and I respect that. However, there’s just something about her that I like. And I’m here to set the record straight and decipher why it is that I think I like her.
Here are four reasons why I like Kristen Stewart
Her acting style is different from all the rest
I’m not saying she’s the best actress in the world. Hell I’m not even saying that’s she’s all that good. What I am saying however, is that she elicits a vibe and it’s a different vibe. I certainly don’t think she’s a bad actress. I just think there’s this unspoken quality about her that I like. It’s kind of a not caring, free wheeling, dark, bored kind of a thing that I’m drawn to.
The Lip Biting
Granted the lip biting is funny as all hell by the video above, it’s still kind of sexy. I dig it.
The Alternative Look
She’s unique. Period. You’re either in Stewart’s camp or your not. I’ve never seen someone in between. I’m in her camp and I just love her “weirdness” if you will. It’s funny because she is NOT my kind of girl but I just like her. I don’t even know why.
She Seems Like She Doesn’t Care About What people Think
I think that’s an attractive quality. This girl just does what she does. And oddly enough I think she’s gonna have an interesting career for herself. She seems to go to roles that interest and challenge her. I respect that. You know, like playing a stripper. That’s kind of awesome.

I think most people (including myself) don’t like her because she seems to reject fame and popularity that most people (including myself) believe she doesn’t deserve.
It’s acts like she HATES being a millionaire and having to deal with it. As if someone is FORCING her to be an actress and be rich and famous. It’s a bratty thing to do really. It’s like on those My Super Sweet 16 shows when the kid get all pissed off because mommy and daddy bought them a Lexus when they really wanted a Mercedes. She just has some growing up to do.
I think she’s pretty sexy, to be honest, in that “I don’t give a f*ck” sort of way. And that’s very attractive.
I also like that she’s down with Mary Jane.
I too thought the lip biting was hot for a time…..until it was a main staple in ever movie she’s been in. Since I’ve figured out the complex formula that is Kristen Stewart’s acting style, I cant watch anything she’s in.
Say 2 words
Look disinterested
Run fingers through hair
Bite lip
Look disinterested again
Look away from the actor who you’re having a dialogue with
Rinse, repeat.
I guess I’ve set a precident; I don’t care for her, or dislike her…..
I will say, acting style aside, she’s pretty hot.
In a “Oh damn I could smoke out with that chick and stare ackwardly after I get too baked.” kinda way.
I will admit you are right in saying that she brings about this certain vibe, an almost emo, I cut myself kind of vibe. Even when she was younger, she seems to have had this same elusive, bored, impassive vibe. Sad thing is, she seems to be that way both on screen and off. Even in Panic Room as a little girl, she has that same vibe. I’ve seen no progression in her. Panic Room, Speak, Twilight movies–all the same. It’s in the eyes I think, almost vapid, but alluring in a way. Weird.
I think she will forever resent agreeing to be in the Twilight movies. She’s quoted all the time saying she wasn’t aware how popular the books are and then has to now contend with crazy-ass fans who either love her because she’s Bella or hate her because she gets to kiss Edward Cullen. However, she did say it allowed her to get behind projects that she never would have had the chance to be involved with before because those movies got her name out there more than anything she had been in previously….she’s a little thin for me, and her hair is mostly a nightmare…good for her for not caring tho.
she’s a good actress and I like her.. what should she have said when she was receiving such a big break in the form of twilight? “no thanks, the books are sucky so I don’t wanna be a part of a multimillion franchise which will give me more exposure than anything i’ve ever done before?”
i mean.. i hate twilight too, but i’ll give u 4 reasons why i like kristen:

I love her for all the reasons posted (hate Twilight), the lip bitting and here alternative style just hits the spot perfectly with me.

She’s actually a somewhat good actress. Plus she’s super hot.
The only downside of her is her attitude.
See if you can find any pictures of her with her mouth completely closed… go on… I’ll wait….
No? Well that’s because the only time she ever does it is when she needs to make an ‘M’ sound or an angry face. Personally I find that beyond creepy.
Besides, if you cut out all the unnecessary pauses she makes when she acts, you could probably cut the movie time by a good 15-30 min.
Twilight aside, Stewart’s actually a decent actress. And really, no one was going to come out of Twilight looking good. She’s absolutely a one trick pony, but hey… it’s worked out well for Michael Cera and Seth Rogan.
Personally, I’m hoping she attempts to kill any potential Bella typecasting with a really raunchy nude scene at some point
I really dig her actually, I have since I saw that flick Speak which I was impressed by.
Dangerous Dave- I think that I actually have to say that I like her more since she has been cast in Twilight because of the feeling of contempt she seems to have about the books and movies. She accepted a role that she was aware would probably be successful because in any job sometimes you have to do shit in order move up. She underestimated just how shitty the books were and how successful they would be and it has stoked the fires of contempt.
reasons why i hate kristen stewart:
mumbles through her “acting”
she has a meth face… period. if you think she is attractive, go to a midwest trailer park and have yourself an eye-feast
she doesn’t even think she should be in movies. you can tell she doesn’t care.
twilight… she played the part perfectly because the role is a dumb girl who can’t think or articulate anything… she has to be told how to think… typecasting.
i’m 95% sure they put peanut butter in her mouth like they do with dogs to get her to “act”
She is cute, but really she’s just “meh.” At least to me.
I like Kristen very much! I think she is so real and super gorgeous. And who don’n like her they are just simply jealous. I wish her the best!

i love twilght (the books) and kristen has got better at being bella. and i think she can do better. so people give her a break. u go and make a movie that the entire world has a comment about and do thousends of intervieuw and u will now that its not easy.

De truth is Kristen is not beautiful for edward cullen ,because in de book and in de movie edward is really hot and handsome and bella too must be somewhat there….bt kristen and even robert pattinson smtymes dont seem to b like de charecter!

DAkota Fanning(who plays Jane):She will look much more hot and beautiful as bella with an innocent and pleasant look:)
Rachelle Lefevre(who plays Victoria)She wud also make a hot and cute Bella but i hav a doubt dat she may luk mor mature for Robert…
Ashley Green(who plays Alice):She wud b juz gud ,her acting is kinda gud compared 2 Kristen and she is hot and beautiful too bt am afraid she is too stylish for Bella’s charecter.
And so I cum to de conclusion dat Kristen is de only one hu people will Xpect 2 see as BELLA coz 3 movies of de saga is already over!

I don’t think she’s a bad actress, I think she just had bad directors in Twilight and New Moon that didn’t know anything about the books. They made them too… depressing.. Bella is not soo…. dark. She has a sense of humor. Kristen didn’t do a bad job.. she only did what the director wanted. That’s not her fault.
Kristin Stewart cannot act. Period. I have watched most of her movies becuase, hey, I wanted to give the girl a chance. After watching 3 or 4 of her movies, I could actually predict how she would react in numerous various situations. She acted THE EXACT SAME WAY in every single movie. Don’t believe me? Watch at least 3 of her films and you’ll see her play the same exact character over and over again. I’m sad because here is a girl that is given millions of dollars, yet she resents it. She is trying so hard to be different from the “Hollywood Crowd.” If she didn’t want fame and constant scrutiny, then she shouldn’t have been an actress! She treats her fans like s**t. She is so ungrateful and she acts ungrateful. And she blinks so freaking much that it almost gives me a seizure everytime Twilight comes on. Good gosh girl, stop blinking, stop biting your lip like its a piece of food, stop with the hair, have a different expression other than a blank stare with a twitch, and look people in the eye for more than 2 seconds! Fix those, and fix your acting…then maybe you just might win a razzi.

I dont think kristen’s the best actress but there’s something about her. I think she suits the character as bella she looks very innocent n she’s very pretty. I must admit some of the scenes she could’ve given it more of an oommpphhh n truly got in to the role and even more. I wouldn’t want Kristen to be replaced by someone else. Hopefully in breaking dawn she can prove she’s truly an amazing actress by acting her role the way it is written in the book
