Not that I ever envisioned seeing life sized Muppets but now that I have I can pretty much guarantee you that in person they would scare me a hell of a lot more than clowns would.  And that’s saying a lot.

Put it this way, anything Jim Henson designed that’s the size of a human is major cause for concern.  It’s one thing when they’re no larger than your shin.  It’s another when the head is the size of your entire torso.

These things freak me out.  Plain and simple.
