The Morning Link: If Restaurants Were Truly Honest
Lying isn’t just an incidental part of the food industry. The first step of any restaurants’ business model is finding a way to make their food as cheaply as possible, and the next step is to convince you that step one doesn’t exist.
But let’s face it. Even though we Americans stuff ourselves every day with this crap, most of us know the truth. We’re just in denial.
