While we here at Unreality tend to stay away from tabloid type stuff I felt this needed to be addressed simply for the fact that Erin Andrews is one of my favorite TV personalities.  But isn’t this all kind of weird?  I mean you go from a Peephole insanity incident to now appearing in scantily clad clothing on National Television?  Granted Andrews apparently wanted to do this show for a long time (even before the incident)

She told The Sporting News last May that while she said no to certain types of appearances that she felt would detract from her reputation as a journalist, she would jump at the chance to be on “DWTS.”

“I want to do it, because I think I’d be good at it,” she told Dan Steinberg for The Sporting Blog. “That’s the big push,” she continued. “I would love it love it love it. I want to be like, ‘Who do I call? Let’s do this.’ “

Don’t get me wrong. I’m very eager to see how Andrews fairs out on the show (plus it gives me an excuse to watch it and not be embarrassed) but I still have to question this move.  Lord knows the evidence to support this is there.  Andrews has dancing in her blood.  She herself was a member of the Dazzlers at Florida in her college days.   Her sister is a professional dancer.  Plus she loves Britney Spears!

Wait a second.  Why am I complaining again?  Go Erin!
