I don’t get this game, if its supposed to be like the book, after the chief left as the planet was “glassed”.. looks to be bad ass…

@RobG: Why is everyone obsessed with looking down the gunsight since MW2. Just accept that different games have different ideas for control set ups. Left 4 Dead, Halo, AVP all do not need this set up as they are not that type of game. It’s like saying every Shooter should have a recharging health system. Left 4 Dead would be ruined with this design decision.

Halo Reach (around, lol) does look wicked though, and I cannot wait for the beta. Jetpacks ftw!

Its not going to have master chief they stated that, the fight take place when the chief leaves. And its not halo 4 its halo reach. Halo 4 isn’t going to be made or isn’t going to be made for a while. Rumor has it gearbox is going to make halo 4. Halo reach is before halo 1 so this isn’t halo 4 halo 4 would be after halo 3 events which would be MC saving the other Spartans on Onyx and getting back to earth.

It looks the same as every other halo game. I think I could actually get into halo if they had a look down the sight button like EVERY OTHER MODERN SHOOTER. (Excluding L4D….) Regardless I’ll still probably buy it and finish it and then return it a week later, again, like every other halo game. I’m especially bitter after the glorified $15 DLC that was ODST.

It looks awesome. Music got me pumped. But after moving onto Call of Duty, I can’t bring myself to go back to the shoot shoot shoot no shield melee that is Halo multiplayer.

Yeah, it’s not Halo 4 because it takes place in the storyline prior to Halo 1. It is not supposed to have Master Chief in it, though I bet he shows up in some form. It obviously won’t continue his story from Halo 3, though.

I saw this video earlier, and it looks amazing. It’s the first time I’ve been really excited for Halo in a long time. Now I can’t wait for the Beta in May.

Prequel, ah got it. But I say go for the Ong Bak 2 philosophy and even though your sequel is completely unrelated to your first movie, just give it the next number in line for the sake of consistency.

halo: reach is based off of the book halo: fall of reach which at the end of that begins halo 1. not halo 4 just halo…the prequel (dramatic music)

Music was pretty awesome
