Why yes, you’re seeing exactly what you think you’re seeing as no, that is not Kiefer Sutherland’s head photoshopped onto Rosio O’Donnell’s body. He’s really wearing a dress.

The story of what the **** is going on here? Well, Sutherland is a big Patriots fan, so big in fact, that he bet one of his friends that if the Patiots lost the uh, big game (I know my sports!), he would wear a dress on Letterman. Welllll, you can’t say he isn’t a man of his word.

Thankfully, we’ve got more than just a picture, and I’ve embedded the interview after the jump. I didn’t think Kiefer would have such a good sense of humor, but it’s going to be hard to get this image out of my head this Sunday when 24 premieres and Jack is biting tendons out of terrorists’ necks.
