Super Old School NES Commercial Takes Me Back
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqBSvwbc5mc
Well, technically it takes me back to before I was born, but whatever. In this super old, vaguely unnerving commercial for the original NES, we learn that video games have always been expensive ($80 back then is close to $200 now) and the fact that kids liked video games better than sports a long time ago as evidenced by the Super Bowl vs. Mario Bros. comparison.
Do you think people are going to watch those creepy as shit PS3 ads in the future and wonder what the hell was wrong with us?
Also, you do outgrow Toys ‘R Us. I went Christmas shopping there, and was surprised to find they still sell the same Pokemon cards and overpriced NERF guns they did ten years ago.
