Mario’s Wardrobe

Can anyone else in video game history rival this? I think even Mega Man stops at like 10 different armors.

Depends on which Mega Man you’re talking about. All of them combined would give you a wardrobe far beyond that. Outside of that, X has at least 16 different armors (counting all three from Command Mission) and roughly 80 sub-weapons (if you count the giga attacks that come with the armors).
Zero comes pretty close in Mega Man Zero with all the weapons, abilities, and forms you gain by performing well in a stage.
As for the original Mega Man, he’s only gotten a couple armors outside his main suit but he has gotten 72 sub-weapons from the boss encounters in the main series.
Red and Blue bloots? What are those used for and which games do they appear in?
