Whoa.

I’ve seen some excellent photo galleries in my time, but I think this one takes the cake by a mile. To celebrate their 20th anniversary, UK film mag Empire called in every favor they had to assemble the best actors in the world to come and reprise their most famous roles for a photoshoot that can really only be described as legendary.

I can’t really say any more about this that the pictures can’t say themselves. Check the full gallery out after the jump, and click on any of them to make them bigger.

Wishlist, because I’m greedy:

Harrison Ford as Indy and/or Han Solo

Sigourney Weaver as Ripley

Russell Crowe as Maximus

All of the James Bonds together

But seriously, an epic project all around.

So well done. I’d have liked to have seen some Michael Beihn, but he’s not nearly as big as the rest of these guys. Maybe the cast of Pulp Fiction.

Wow, this is sick. How about William Zabka from Karate Kid?

    haha, nice!!
3 people I have to comment on:
Matt Damon is just sitting there. :P
    Laurence Fishburne looks really gay.
Of all of these, with those legs, Emma Watson is the one who I can’t imagine in her role the most.

What a brilliant photo shoot, I can’t believe it took someone this long to think to do it. Or more likely, convince all the celebs to do it. I agree with Madison, the cast of Pulp fiction would’ve been great, but I would’ve rather seen the cast from Reservoir dogs. Also, I would love to see Malcolm McDowell as Alex again. But that might bring back the nightmares.

Christian Bale’s most iconic role is Patrick Bateman? Lose the “e” in Bateman and you’re getting much closer!
