This is photoshopped with a 50/50 blend. Watson has crows feet and brow lines in this photo and dawkins has 50% baby smooth skin. It’s obvious, blow it up and see for yourself.

Also, if you superimpose the images, all lines match up 100% EXACTLY, both eyes, the mouth, the cheek lines, the nose, 100%.
