It’s nice to see Mel Gibson back in action onscreen after boarding the crazy train for the better part of last decade. He returns in a film that’s best described as “Taken, but the daughter dies” and Mel goes on a rampage, killing everyone involved, but uncovering a greater conspiracy surrounding his daughter’s death at the same time.

I’m not crazy about the accent, but it’s nice to see Mel getting back to his Lethal Weapon roots, albeit with less craziness and charm. I guess hes saving all that craziness and charm for that movie where he runs around with a beaver puppet on his hand.

Just don’t drink and drive and shout racial slurs and your career will be back on track buddy!
