im with chelsea here – this article made me feel really really old and i’m only 24 as well.

atari ski, bowling, and tanks were my favorite firsts. i was 5 years old when the nes came into my house (my dad had a rad interest in video games, still does) and i’ll never forget the original mario brothers and duck hunt.

i dunno, its just weird to think that your first video games were on an n64 when that was the 3rd generation evolution of nintendo consoles.

like i said, this article makes me feel old, but me writing this probably makes people born before me feel even older – those who were 13 or 14 when ataris started hitting living room tv’s

I must be the only one who didn’t think Water Temple was that hard. Maybe I’m just forgetting why it was hard.

But anyway, Banjo Kazooie and its sequel, one of the best games ever made, Banjo Tooie, are amazing.

You have to persevere to pass the Water Temple! Several of my friends stopped at the same place, but the game just isn’t complete if you give up!

Very nice collection, I believe I owned them all at one stage or another. The only one I would add would be Perfect Dark which was the younger sibling of Goldeneye. Or maybe first cousin….

I had all of thoose except south park and revolt. 64 has the shit there are plenty more games thats should be remeberd like

donkey kong 64, the intro music was like a drug

Banjo-Kazooie, the voice acting should get a nobel prize

turok that was so freaking great best game that i ever played

duke nukem the multiplayer was so funny you could shrink your foe and stomp on him epic!

There was a South Park game for 64? You learn new things everyday….As for getting lost in the water temple in Zelda, it seems impossible the first time, but the second time you realize how easy it is.

I loved allllll those games. Shadows of the Empire is amazing. I’d kinda like a remake or update on graphics or something like that.
I liked Rogue Squadron on PC better than on N64.

Sigh…life just seemed better with the N64.
