Inception Trailer: DiCaprio vs. Gravity!
Look, I’m not going to pretend like I have the slightest clue what the **** is going on in the long-awaited teaser trailer for Inception. There are only a handful of shots in the minute long spot, half of them are Leo looking at the camera all serious, and the other half involves gravity being all sorts of screwed up, complete with a drunken Matrix-type fight scene. You’ll see what I mean.
Whatever, I don’t care, it’s going to be all sorts of awesome even if I have to see it 10 times just to figure out what the hell happened like I did with The Prestige and Memento. I fully believe in Nolan, and I’m pumped for whatever drunken Matrix mind crime thriller he has to offer me.

The Prestige??
The fact, that they explain the obvious at the end was the one bad thing about this movie.
If this is anything like the mindbenders that were The Prestige and Memento, it’s going to rule. Fuck people who want to “turn their brains off,” I like to think.
@ Madison: I do love the thought provoking / mind bending movies (one of my all time favorites is Aronofsky’s Pi) but I do enjoy a good mindless action/horror as well.
Perfect example: Crank.

Fair enough. I should have qualified my statement: the mindless ones can be fun if done right. Once they take themselves too seriously, all is lost.
This thing with the water in the glass. That only happens when gravity is beeing distorted with some other gravity strong enough to affect earths gravity. A lot of gravity in upper sentence
There are scientific clues about Earths magnetic field weakining and changing positions. Plus becomes Minus and vice versa. Slight possibility that this movie is about that.

Wow, can’t wait to see this.
I’m so excited for this. Memento gave me a headache during it, no joke. I wanted to figure it out and I was leaning forward on the couch the whole time. My friends were like, “Sit back, just watch it and enjoy it!”. I was like I WANT TO UNDERSTAND IT! I like movies that make you think, not saying it was rocket science, but still, I was completely confused…even after seeing it a handful of times.
I trust Nolan, and I’m sure this will be worth it.
