‘F.E.A.R. 2′ Announces…Something

Published by Paul Tassi at 12:00 pm under Video Games

I’ve never played the F.E.A.R. series for more than a few minutes, so I won’t judge the gameplay (though it’s name is pretty damn stupid), but I have to say, other companies should follow their example when it comes to announcing updates for the game. Perhaps the only people who do it better are Valve’s guys over at Team Fortress, but even their videos aren’t this crazy intense.

The update is for something called “Super-slo-mo deathmatch” which is apparently a multiplayer integration of something you can do in the single player, surely involving both slo-mo and death. For anyone who cares, the update is free Sept. 3rd, but you should probably just watch the video.

Well, it’s good to see tea-bagging is still alive and well….

You should’ve played at least FEAR (the first)! I usually don’t like this kind of game where you should sit alone in a dark room and get shocked every time, there’s a single gunshot.
But THIS was the best shock/horror-game i ever played. Didn’t got through ’til now, but I’m on it^^

Just love the moments, where you walk along a dark passage with lots of bureaus, knowing, the enemy will jump at you any time and then when he does, you just fire an entire magazine into the wall before you can take on the villain^^

The trailer is just funny, loved it when the music plays!
    “Slow-Mo - Deathmatch!!”
