A Gallery of Hello Kitty Ruining Everything You Love
Guess how long Hello Kitty has been around? Over thirty years. Yeah, I know. And to this day, I still have no idea just what the **** exactly it is. It’s a character, and massively popular one, but it wasn’t spawned out of a TV show or video game or comic book. It’s just a character by itself, and has become a fashion statement synonmous with Japanese middle school girls, and as you’ll see, has pervaded all aspects of life as we know it..
I decided to do an experiment. I thought of as many nouns as I could and typed them as “Hello Kitty (noun)” into Google Image search. I’m posting all the results I got until I became exhausted as I believe this could go on for a whole weekend.

Jesus tap-dancin christ i googled “hello kitty pancakes” and was not disappointed. i still do not understand people’s obsession with this shit. is it a cartoon or something? and why does it have such a maniacal cult following?

This is insane. I’m pretty sure there are some Hello Kitty sex toys, but I’m too scared to search for that while I’m at work.
