These are two videos I saw making the rounds yesterday regarding the space MMO EvE online. The first is from the company itself, promising that you, a lowly newb, can make choices that influence the entire galaxy. The second video shows what life is like in reality for a new player, and all the excitement you’re bound to experience.

I’ve heard the learning curve for EvE is the steepest for any MMO out there. In contrast, I signed up for Free Realms yesterday which appears to be designed by Peter Molyneux when he was six years old. It’s not bad.
