You’ve all seen the award shows where Angelina Jolie wins something and starts crying about her mom and how she wishes she was here to see this. It’s all very touching, but I never knew who her mom actually was, or much less had ever seen video of her.

Her name was Marcheline Bertrand, and she was an actress until she had kids. This video features some footage of her from interviews and a short film she was in called Borderline. I mean, we knew Angelina didn’t exactly get her looks from Jon Voight, but holy crap, look at the resemblance, it’s almost unnerving.

And yet, the lip mystery still remains. Someone needs to dig up some footage of her grandma.
