‘Dante’s Inferno’ May be a ‘God of War’ Ripoff, But It’s a Damn Good One
Alright, I’m officially tired of people comparing Dante’s Inferno to God of War. Yes, they’re incredibly similar in style and gameplay, but if Inferno is done well enough, are you really going to complain about having another God of War to play? I didn’t think so. And lest we forget that God of War is itself a ripoff of Devil May Cry. So there.
This new gameplay footage shows off some pretty excellent stuff, and it’s clear a lot of work has gone into this game on the part of EA. No, I don’t think it will be as good as GOW, and yes, it is a bit ridiculous to adapt one of history’s greatest books into a hack and slash video game, but I’ll still give it a shot.

Who cares if it’s a ripoff or similar? I think the gameplay looks great and this game will be fun as shit. I’m looking forward to playing it.
