well when i read i some reviews, people were saying the action was even more confusing this time around so i went into the theatre hell bent on focusing all my brain power on the action scenes. but when i finally saw them they seemed way more viewable and not as confusing as the action scenes from the first movie. compare those action scenes in tf2 to the barricade vs bumble scene in tf1 and theres a hug difference. ive seen tf1 10 times atleast and im still clueless about what exactlky goes down in that fight besides a sweet shoulder toss. im going to see it again tonight just to confirm that i enjoyed it and wasnt just accepting it

I don’t necessarily disagree with you. The problem is that when the action scenes aren’t that great (really, was it anything better than the first movie? It looked like there were 12 Megatrons in every fight), there’s really nothing left.

who goes to a movie like transformers 2 for anything more than ridiculous action scenes?! seriously. when you buy that ticket you give up all rights to a plot and seeing things that make sense. the movie is about giant fighting robots who hang out with a kid and his irresponsibly hot girlfriend. i dont go to the movies to see things that make sense in real life cause that shit is free. i go to see the absurdity of a robot with giant balls destroying a pyramid

Eh, it wasn’t the worst movie ever. It was entertaining at the time, I wouldn’t watch it again, but there are certainly worse movies I’ve also spent 10$ on.

Shia LaBeouf was sort of funny and Megan Fox was attractive, so that was alright.

I found the fact that there were giant children’s toys swearing a little strange and totally unnecessary.

I guess I wasn’t expecting much, therefore wasn’t that disappointed.

I haven’t seen it. I saw 1, hated it, and decided not to spend my money. The real shame is how some big nerd bloggers posted dozens of articles on how BAD this film was going to be. Then they went and ACTUALLY SAT AND WATCHED the BAD movie, then reviewed it on their site and, guess what, the movie WAS TERRIBLE. Then all their readers went and paid to see the BAD movie because of all the websites’ hype. Then those people went online and said, “I agree this move was AWFUL!” Is it any surprise this turd made $201M already? If a movie is going to be shitty, use common sense people, save your $10. In the end, it’s Michael Bay who wins.

Thinking about Topless Robot, not this site. I love this site.

i have to say what do you go to see Transformes for if your not a fanboy? EXPLOSIONS funny comments and megan freakin fox and if you thought this movie was going to be anything less then those three components well you have reasons to be mad. But i myself went for actiony scenes and megan fox and i wasnt ecstatic thought it could have been better but i enjoyed the movie

Giant robot fighting and destroying eachother = good.

Poor plot, “goofy” twins, crappy addition of the Matrix of leadership as a key to a sun-exploding tool to harvest energon = lame.

I’ll watch it again for the fighting, as I did the first.
