Farrah Fawcett Died Too

It’s a bit unfortunate for Farrah Fawcett that Michael Jackson, the biggest living music star in the world, also died yesterday. Sure, the networks are trying to cram in tributes to both of them, but it’s obvious what the media thinks is a bigger deal. I know I did my own tribute to Michael this morning, but I wanted to recognize Farrah as well.
Yeah, I’m not of the generation where she was a sex icon, but I understand her significance, and if I had to describe her to people my age, she’d probably be the equivalent of Megan Fox today, but with feathered blonde hair and not a total bitch. Fawcett just lost a three year battle to cancer, and really, it’s safe to say female celebrities don’t come like her any more.
I’ve assembled a gallery of young Farrah after the jump, where you’ll see what I mean.

More Unreal Posts

That first pic (the black and white one) is incredible. What a beauty she was.
“she’d probably be the equivalent of Megan Fox today, but with feathered blonde hair and not a total bitch.”
Forgot toe thumbs.
Truly an angel throughout her career. it’s hard to believe that in 1 week we lost 3 stars. First Ed Mcmahon then Farrah and now Michael Jackson.
LOL. Farrah is 100x hotter than Megan Fox and was 10000x more famous than Fox. See you don’t understand, Farrah back then was the biggest celebrity in the nation. No sex symbol today compares to how much of an icon she was. She set the biggest hair do in history, the most memorable pin up ever and was the mega star of one of the most popular breakout shows ever. To even compare her to Fox is a joke. Fox isn’t even as big as Heather Locklear or Kathy Ireland were in their heydays. Farrah was a mega icon.
