Cher and Christina Suit Up for ‘Burlesque’
Were you expecting a picture of Cher?
It’s been 10 years since Cher’s last film role, in 1999′s Tea with Mussolini, but it appears the old girl has a bit more acting left in her. She’s teaming up with Christina Aguilera (in her first film role) for Burlesque, the tale of a nice, small-town girl (Christina) who joins up with a struggling burlesque club owned by Cher.
Cher and Christina Aguilera as burlesque dancers? I just can’t picture it. I think it’s going to take every stretch of their acting ability to rise to such a challenging and unusual role.

Stuck On You was actually pretty funny, I thought.
As far as this movie goes, all Christina needs to do is look hot and sing. She’s had no trouble doing both in the past.
Shit, she doesn’t even have to sing.
Christine Aguilera is really pretty and she’s perfect at singing! She is really talented! She actually got somewhere compared to Britney Spears
