‘Whiteout’ Teaser Trailer is a Wee Bit Chilly

Yeah so, I’m not really interested in a movie where Kate Beckinsale fights the weather/an murderous abominable snowman for an hour and a half. This sounds weird, but I hate movies that are based entirely in the snow and darkness, I’m not sure why, I guess it’s just too depressing. Except Everest on IMAX, that was awesome! And also Fargo.
Unfortunately in such a climate, I think Kate Beckinsale will be trading in her spandex for a parka and her backflipping martial arts moves for swinging a blunt pickaxe around, so really, the only possible reason to see this movie is gone right from the get go.

This is based on an excellent graphic novel and if they stick with the storyline she ends up having an affair with a hot lesbian. So you have that to look forward to.
