HBO Makes The Dark Knight Even More Awesome with The Pixies
These are two new trailers HBO has crafted for the TV premiere of The Dark Knight this Saturday (second one after the jump), and I have to say, they’re pretty awesome. It’s amazing what the haunting tones of The Pixes do for some of the scenes, not to mention the obvious parallels of the lyrics and the film, (where is my mind indeed).
Though I probably wont be tuning in Saturday to watch the premiere because I saw the movie four times in theaters (three in IMAX), I own the Blu-Ray and I have it downloaded on my computer, I might consider another go-round if HBO went ahead and re-scored the whole thing. It’d be like Wizard of Oz with Dark Side of the Moon. Somebody get on this!
