Alvin & The Chipmunks 2 Poster Disappoints; The Original Chipettes Used to be Hot
Look, I know I’m not alone in this. The new Chipettes look creepy as hell; I think the one all the way on the left has an extra chromosome. I suppose the middle one is doable, you know, if you were a chipmunk or rodent of some type, but the one on the right looks like Janine from the Ghostbusters. No thanks.
The original Chipettes, though? Good lord. Brittany was second only to Jessica Rabbit. She’s more human than chipmunk, of this I am certain.

Well, this does make me sad, but not really any more sad than the first CG Chipmunks movie.
There was a 1987 Chipmunks movie, “The Chipmunk Adventure,” that my siblings and I were OBSESSED with as kids. Years later, I dug up the VHS copy one Christmas, and the three of us got drunk and watched it together, and we could practically recite every line in the movie because we had seen it 10,000 times as children. The point of this being, that’s where that picture of harem-Brittany comes from. Personally I always liked Jeanette, for the glasses.
The fact that you are talking of doing a chipmunk is in itself disturbing. Then not even knowing their names..come on.

I’d have to agree that the one on the left isn’t that good looking – but the other two!
Brittany (left) is really hot for a chippie, The one on the right is cute, so yeah they’ve done a good job!
