It Will Never End: Short Circuit to be Remade
What’s that? You think that more movies from your childhood need to be remade? Then I have some great news for you! From Variety:
Dimension Films has tapped Dan Milano to script “Short Circuit,” the remake of the 1986 pic.
The original was about an armed robot that acquired a personality after a lightning strike, and sought the help of humans to prevent its destruction by its makers in the military.
It’s going to be awesome when Disney sues Dimension for using Wall-E’s likeness in the Short Circuit remake. I really hope that ends up happening.
