Man Kills Acquaintance While Playing Xbox 360
In some news about the lighter side of video games, it turns out a man killed his acquaintance when things got a little too real during some Call of Duty action. From Geekologie (via allabouthegames):
Joseph Johnson, aged 28, from Chicago, is facing first-degree murder charges for allegedly killing a man while they played games together on an Xbox 360.
Johnson and Danny Taylor, aged 24, were allegedly playing video games at an apartment when tension escalated and they got into a fight. This led to Johnson allegedly shooting Taylor in the back of the head.
This is nothing. Are you reading this, Andy??? Are you??? Because if you keep being cheap in Street Fighter IV and keep throwing me when it’s impossible to block or dodge, you will suffer a fate that makes Danny Taylor’s look like a picnic.
In all seriousness, this is pretty sad and pathetic, and I don’t mean to belittle Danny’s death. But, Andy – you’ve been warned.

Maybe if you stopped mashing buttons, you’d have a chance of throwing Andy first.
I don’t know about Danny, but this Andy has it coming.
Madison, it sounds like SargentMac has been watching you play. If you don’t want to take Street Fighter IV seriously and learn how to play with your favorite character, Sagat, then I’m going to continue to own you every time we play.
Also, if you ever threaten me again, I’ll break your f*cking nose. You’ve been warned.
So who’s gonna take Taylor’s place on Without a Trace?
