…for let’s say, the fifth time? He’s had bumbling crushes in Juno, Nick and Norah, Superbad and alllll the way back to Arrested Development. He’s been playing some variant of George Michael Bluth for years now, and I’m not sure how many more movies like this he has left in him before audiences grow bored. It makes me wonder all the more why he was so hesitant about the Arrested movie, when he essentially never stopped being George Michael, so why would starting again be such a big deal?

But anyways, now that I’ve got my monthly Michael Cera bashing out of the way, the fact remains that Paper Heart does look undeniably cute, and I just now realized that Cera and Charlyne Yi are actually playing themselves. I get this is a “documentary,” but that’s actually kind of a neat concept. Also seen are Martin Starr and Seth Rogen also presumably as themselves. Are Yi and Cera dating in real life?
