Bayonetta to be Released in Fall of 2009
Bayonetta is one of maybe three upcoming games that I am actually excited to play, so I am happy to have learned that I won’t have to wait much longer. According to Kotaku:
SEGA announced multi-platform title Bayonetta will be ready to magical giant boot kick you in the face this fall.
The game, designed by Devil May Cry creator Hideki Kamiya, follows main character Bayonetta as she casts magical spells, shoots the shotguns in her high heels and wields four handguns and a katana.
The “Fall 2009″ release date for Bayonetta is a simultaneous worldwide one.
Pretty hot. I absolutely loved DMC4, which I originally bought just to pass the time before Ninja Gaiden 2 was released. I have a feeling that Bayonetta is simply going to be Devil May Cry with a girl, but I have no problem with that at all. Plus, she attacks enemies with her hair and guns on her feet, and can “summon” iron maidens and guillotines. How does that not get you pumped? Check out a few more screenshots below:

no. noone is even remotely interested in this game. not even you. the need a better looking character. foot guns great idea but so far they just look clunky and horrible. find a new game to drool over.
