I’m quite interested in Moon, which judging from the trailer appears to be something like Castaway in space. But instead of Tom Hanks we’ve got Sam Rockwell and instead of a bloody volleyball we’ve got a computer who communicates through a series of smiley faces.

It’s a pretty standard fare for the first part (“it’s lonely up here”) but quickly changes tone when Sam finds his own body in a crashed space pod down the road. Uh, OK. Are we sure this isn’t a Battlestar Galactica spinoff?

In any case, I’m looking forward to it. Coming June 12th.
